You will be keen and enthusiastic working within a large team to assist in the management & provision of a high level of service to the hospital. Your duties will include day to day management of Estates craft staff & to be part of the building on call rota. The candidate will ideally have experience of leading a team, job allocation & FM systems, time management & staff PDR's. It's essential that you are an effective team worker with the ability to provide support to other managers & colleagues within the Estates Department.
