This role will be based on site with an option for flexible working where required. This position offers a competitive salary and overtime. In this role, you will support the Sheffield account and be responsible for providing relevant data to contract and divisional management teams to monitor and improve performance. As a data analyst, your role is crucial to our success. You'll provide insights that help us identify strengths, improve performance, and make informed decisions. Your work will directly impact the Sheffield account by ensuring accurate data to monitor performance and boost efficiency. This helps us meet obligations and exceed client expectations. You'll also support our environmental goals by reducing waste and optimising resource use. Automating data collection and integrating digital solutions will help us reduce our environmental footprint. You'll be key to our continuous improvement, driving operational excellence and sustainability. What You’ll Do: Identify and liaise with local data owners to ensure the timely and accurate submission of performance data. Validate the data and develop reports demonstrating productivity, logistics efficiency, and opportunities for performance improvement. Assist in the development of KPIs, customer scorecards, dashboards, and web-based reports to track and analyse performance. Work with IT to automate data collection and implement digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Support process improvement, change management, and training initiatives to optimise the use of reports and tools. Assist in developing tools for efficiency, timesheet apps, and dynamic planning reviews to maximise operational efficiency.
