Incident Manager (SC Cleared) We are currently looking for an experienced and Security Cleared Incident Manager to join a dynamic and robust organisation within the IT Service Management Team. In this critical role you will be responsible for overseeing the end to end lifecycle of incidents, ensuring that any distruptions to services are managed and resolved swiftly while maintaining a high standard of security and operational excellence. You will play a key role in managing and minimising the impact of incidents on our services and stakeholder while adhering to strict protocols Rate - £600.00 per day inside ir35 Location - Corsham - Twice a week onsite Duration - 12 Months with the opportunity of extension Clearance - SC Cleared Key Responsibilities You will take ownership of all incidents reported within the service management platform, ensuring they are triaged and prioritised an assigned for timely resolution Coordinate with internal teams and third party vendors to ensure incidents are resolved quickly and efficiently Act as the point of escalation for major high priority incidents, ensuring proper communication and swift resolution Ensure that all incident management activities adhere to security policies, regulatory requirements and compliance standards Oversee the identification of root causes for recurring incidents and work with Problem Management to ensure permanent resolutions are implemented Skills Proven Incident Management or Service Management within a Complex IT environment Strong understanding of ITIL Frameworks and processes, particularly Incident Management Knowledge of IT Systems, networks, and applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate incident status effectively Strong problem solving and analytically skills SC Cleared is a MUST Please note that for any questions, email me at
