Skills and Expertise Required:
Electronics Expertise – Strong knowledge of analogue, digital, and mixed-signal electronics, ideally within Defence/Aerospace.

Strategic Thinking – Ability to align engineering capabilities with business growth and project goals.
Project & Process Governance – Skilled in managing technical projects, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements.
