This position is ideal for someone with an understanding of electrical systems, experience supporting projects, and excellent communication abilities.Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out remote assessments to confirm job sites are prepared for the installation of specialist systems
* Drafting and checking Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
* Allocating tasks to appropriate field engineers and overseeing operational scheduling
* Responding to customer enquiries, resolving problems such as damaged, faulty, or incorrect equipment deliveries
* Verifying item lists to ensure all necessary kit is included
* Using Monday.com or a comparable project tracking system
What You’ll Need:
1. At least two years working on or supporting project delivery
2. Site or construction knowledge – preferably with an electrical focus
3. Solid understanding of Health & Safety procedures, including RAMS (qualifications like IOSH or NEBOSH are beneficial)
