Pertemps are recruiting for an Administrator to join a specialist manufacturer in Basingstoke in their Planning team. This is a full time, permanent position.
Administrator Duties:
- Provide support to the production department to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed in a timely manner
- Creating work orders
- Manage stock of materials
- Daily MRP reviews
- Answering telephone calls and resolving customer queries
- Managing an email inbox
- Postal duties both in and out of the business
Administrator Requirements:
- Experience within a similar role
- Excellent telephone manner
- Accurate data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Proficient
The Package:
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- £21,000 - £24,000 depending on experience
- Generous holiday entitlement
