We are hiring a Reservations Manager at Beaverbrook to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the reservations department through prompt, effective, and proper reservations service for our country house hotel Beaverbrook and our London hotel Beaverbrook Town House. This role is pivotal in providing flawless, upscale, professional, and high-class guest service experiences. The Reservations Manager oversees and coordinates the pre-arrival process of special guests and VIPs, ensuring all booking processes meet Forbes standards while working towards budgeted targets. What you'll be doing: Ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the reservations department. Delivering high-class guest service experiences. Overseeing and coordinate pre-arrival processes for special guests and VIPs. Managing all booking processes to meet Forbes standards. Working towards achieving budgeted targets. Who you are: Business or hospitality management qualifications are advantageous but not essential. Experience in Opera Cloud, Res Diary, TNG, and Synxis is desired. Experience in a 5 luxury hotel in a similar role. Understanding of the luxury market. Sales-driven, organised, and efficient. Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7. The hours for this position will typically consist of 09:00-17:30 Monday-Friday. Salary: Up to 40,000 per annum dependent upon skills and experience plus Commission.
