Our prestigious client based in Woodhall Spa has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to join their team as soon as possible.
The role will be a temporary contract for an initial period of 6 months to cover a period of maternity leave.
The hours of work will be 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday with 1 hour break for lunch totalling 35 hours per week.
Our client also offers a hybrid working arrangement working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, following a successful 6 week onboarding process.
The pay rate of the role will be £15.38 - £16.48 per hour.
With a strong focus on learning and development, duties of the role will include:
1. Development and delivery of a structured learning and development programme
2. Identify and source learning and development opportunities to deliver the long term goals of the organisation
3. Overseeing the learning management system to provide learning and development programmes
4. Organise, administrate and set up both face to face and e-learning training programmes and events
5. Support in auditing the training and delivery provision
6. Build an approved suppliers list of quality providers across a range of subjects to support employee and management development
7. Monitor the learning and development evaluation data
8. Assisting with generalist HR matters, including the reviewing and development of performance, conduct and absence management
9. Support with general HR correspondence as required
10. Assist in formal meetings, such as employee disciplinary and grievances
11. Additional HR related duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have previous HR experience and hold a relevant professional HR qualification such as the Foundation Certificate in People Practice Level 3.
