The System & Leadership Development (SLD) Coordinator will provide support to the team to deliver projects and priorities in our health and care partnership through coordination of our workstreams. The SLD team are an organisational development team that work across West Yorkshire in the Health and Care Partnership, to support all organisations in the health and care sector to achieve The Partnerships Big Ambitions, including delivery of the award-winning Fellowship and building an anti-racist system. This role works across the team with our stakeholders to coordinate delivery of the programmes of work, with administrative and organisational skills. The post holder will work flexibly across organisations in the health and care partnership such as NHS Trusts, Local Authorities and Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprises to make the best use of our resources in service of our diverse communities in West Yorkshire. They will build relationships with a range of stakeholders and act as a point of communication for the team to keep project and programme leads on track.
