You will support the clinical training provision across a designated portfolio of homes and act as a Subject Matter Lead within your own area of expertise and where required. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, delivering and evaluating mandatory and clinical training courses to meet the needs of our staff working in our Homes. As an experienced trainer you will have a L3 training qualification, a nursing qualification and an active PIN. You will have experience of working for a Residential/Nursing care provider and enjoy working as part of a professional team to deliver an excellent learning experience to our staff across the portfolio.
