Responsibilities: • Provides administrative support to our operations department. • Assists with customer inquiries and provides exceptional support. • Coordinates logistics for projects, including vendor management and procurement. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient communication. • Contributes to process improvement and streamlining operations. Skills: • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong attention to detail in administrative tasks and customer support. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP software preferred.
