We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Operations Support Manager to join our team in Carlisle. Role Overview: As Operations Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery across the region, building strong relationships with security officers, and overseeing their performance. Your leadership and organizational skills will be essential in meeting our clients' needs, fostering employee development, and driving service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with security officers, ensuring they feel supported and valued. Lead and manage a team across the region, setting clear performance objectives and achieving goals. Conduct regular performance evaluations, one-on-one meetings, and appraisals to foster growth and development. Create tailored training plans for officers to ensure compliance with site requirements and industry standards. Conduct investigations and meetings as necessary to resolve any performance or operational issues. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve team performance. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve any operational challenges. Monitor client satisfaction, proactively addressing feedback and identifying opportunities for service improvements. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Ideal Candidate: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proven experience in managing teams and building lasting client relationships. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback as a tool for continuous improvement. Strong IT and administrative skills. Must be able to provide a 5-year checkable history to complete BS7858 vetting and screening.
