Responsibilities
Manage the allocation of resources and supplies to various departments and projects.
Analyze inventory levels and forecast future resource needs based on department requirements.
Prepare detailed reports on allocation performance and resource utilization for management review.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of resources.
Monitor and evaluate stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory issues.
Respond to allocation requests from departments, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Develop and implement allocation strategies that align with organizational goals and budgetary constraints.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in resource allocation, inventory management, or logistics operations.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
