We will not ask you to promote or pitch your service to clients like other platforms do. We will work with you to put together a service package exclusive to you, and organize the service process so that you can rely on member freelancers and our systems to market the service as ours and pay you for managing the service based on the total sales generated. Requirements: - Qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate in the United Kingdom. - Demonstrated experience in corporate law, with a focus on company restoration and dissolution. - Familiarity with Companies House procedures and Treasury Solicitor protocols. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with government officials and other stakeholders. - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Desirable: - Experience in liaising with UK government agencies. - Knowledge of specific UK laws and regulations pertaining to company dissolution and restoration. - Previous success in obtaining waiver letters from the Treasury Solicitor for similar cases. Duties of This Role - Prepare and submit applications for the administrative restoration of a dissolved company to Companies House. - Obtain a waiver letter from the Treasury Solicitor as required under UK law. - Coordinate with the Crown representative and other relevant governmental bodies to facilitate the restoration process. - Advise the company on legal compliance concerning restoration requirements. - Manage all legal documentation and correspondence related to the restoration process. - Provide legal counsel on the implications and procedures involved in restoring the company. - Maintain meticulous records of legal proceedings and communications. Time Commitment This is a contract opportunity to earn additional income. Hours available are based on number of client orders and projects.
