Interim Senior Brand Managers – 9-12 month FTC Major FMCG Food & Snacking Company £55-65K plus £6K car allowance & bonus TP885663 Our client, a major player in the FMCG food and snacking sector, is seeking 2 Interim SBMs to join their dynamic team in the UK. These are both exciting opportunities for a classically trained FMCG marketer to own a brand portfolio and drive its success. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth Work with a portfolio of exciting brands that resonate with consumers Inclusive environment that celebrates diversity of thinking Excellent opportunities for career growth and development Position Overview As SBM, you will be responsible for the overall revenue and profit delivery of your brand. You will develop, drive, and implement strategic marketing plans to ensure short and long-term targets are achieved. You will also manage and develop a small team of 1 or 2 reports. Responsibilities Develop, drive, and implement the strategic marketing plan for the brand/range Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and brand team to achieve growth targets Present to Director and UK Exec on a regular basis Be the brand guardian with deep consumer understanding and strong commercial knowledge Work closely with cross-functional teams to focus on profitability and growth Lead the development of the annual brand plan based on market opportunities and insights Control the delivery of critical brand and business performance metrics Drive key brand projects, working with cross-functional teams across the business Control marketing expenditure within pre-agreed budget and continuously evaluate spend Engage and persuade others to gain dedication to key initiatives Key Skills Required Classical FMCG brand management experience with track record of driving growth Exceptional project management skills and experience working with comms and design agencies Ability to lead and influence partners at all levels of the business Team management experience Extensive experience of managing EPD and NPD projects Passion for growing and building brands Self-starter able to work across multiple projects and fields Experience in comms & media planning, including digital, ATL and BTL.
