Our client is looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to support their Directors and senior team in Aylesbury. In this role, you will provide confidential, high-level support to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain organised systems to manage information generated by the Director.
Oversee all correspondence, including matters of a highly confidential nature.
Coordinate the Director's schedule and arrange meetings and conferences.
Conduct research as needed and manage sensitive external communications.
Oversee the Directorate meeting process, including room bookings, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
Provide comprehensive administrative support for all meetings chaired by the Director.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all information and correspondence.
Support Directors with adhoc projects as required.Requirements:
Proven experience in similar role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT proficiency.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with keen attention to detail.
Exceptional organisational skills and capability to work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High integrity, reliability, and a commitment to confidentiality.
This role offers an immediate start, working up to 30 hours per week ideally across four days. Flexibility is required as this could move to 37 hours over 5 days overtime.This position requires a DBS criminal record check, which Adecco will undertake on your behalf.
