Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious and flavoursome menus
* Work with residents to tailor menus to their needs
* Help manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
* Work fresh produce to deliver high-quality dishes
* Help create a warm, efficient, and fun environment
* Work within budget
* Complete regular audits
* Manage stock control
* Lead and motivate a team
Requirements:
* A personable and warm approach
* City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent
* Experience in leading and inspiring a team
* Good understanding of nutrition
* Experience working with fresh seasonal food
* Ability to create a warm and welcoming environment
* Good understanding of HACCP
