Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and results-oriented Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and management of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work directly with clients, influencers, and our internal teams to develop compelling campaigns that drive measurable results.
Salary: TBC - £30,000 or higher + commission structure
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Strategy & Management: Develop and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns that align with client objectives, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
* Client Relations: Manage relationships with external clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional service and results.
* Pitching & Sales: Lead the pitching process by presenting tailored influencer marketing campaigns to potential clients. Proven experience in pitching and closing sales for influencer campaigns is a must.
* Influencer Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers across various platforms to ensure effective collaborations.
* Performance Analytics: Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and report on results to clients.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and deliver maximum impact.
* Industry Trends: Stay up to date on the latest influencer marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates to inform campaign strategies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience (3+ years) in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
* Strong background in pitching and sales of campaigns to external clients, with a track record of successful client acquisition and campaign execution.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch and sell ideas effectively.
* In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing strategies, and digital marketing trends.
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
* Experience with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
* Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for driving brand success through influencer partnerships.
