Key Duties:
1. Prepare and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
2. Complete necessary paperwork for shipping international orders, ensuring compliance with regulations.
3. Route shipments and monitor their progress throughout the journey.
4. Collaborate with hauliers to coordinate transportation logistics.
5. Serve as the internal advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
6. Liaise with relevant departments internally to facilitate smooth operations.
7. Take ownership of customer queries from initial contact to resolution.
8. Contribute ideas for continuous business improvement and optimization.
The Ideal Candidate:
9. Previous experience in administration or customer service roles.
10. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
11. Experience working with CRM systems
12. Desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
13. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
14. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
15. Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
