Cover Supervisors Required – High Wycombe

Here at Supply Desk, we are looking for versatile and confident Cover Supervisors to cover lessons on a variety of subjects at a secondary school in the High Wycombe area. The role is on a part-time/full-time contract.
The Role:
1. The role involves covering lessons in the absence of the teacher and providing feedback from the lesson covered.
2. You will need to be confident working with key stage 3-5 pupils to deliver lessons across a variety of subjects or your specialism.
3. You will need to follow and endorse the school’s behaviour code.
4. Excellent levels of education in a relevant subject or industry experience are required for this role.
5. Transferrable industry experience such as sports coaching, prison/probation officer, military background, tutoring would be desirable, or a degree in a relevant subject such as childcare, science, maths, or English.
Requirements for the Role:
1. Current valid DBS or the willingness to obtain one.
2. Educated to degree level is preferable or experience in a similar role or degree in a related subject.
3. Able to provide two years’ worth of employment references.
4. Positive and enthusiastic approach to education.
5. Able to commute to this school in Buckinghamshire.
