My client is a leading Design and Build firm, specialising in the high end office fitout market and is looking to expand their team!
The Role:
1. Drafting and revising contracts
2. Ensuring all contracts are accurate and relevant documentation is correct and updated
3. Building strong relationships with clients and all stakeholders
4. Developing plans to fit the schedule of works
5. Identify ways to increase efficiency and productivity
6. Correspond with all stakeholders to document all activities
7. Compile and deliver presentations to clients and suppliers when/if required
8. Collect and collate data for forecasting and planning purposes
The Candidate:
1. Excellent problem-solving skills
2. Worked as a contracts manager within the UK's Design and Build industry on Office Fitouts (CAT B / A)
3. Strong construction industry knowledge
4. Stable CV with past experiences (Not jumpy)
5. Perfect written and verbal communication skills
