You will be responsible for the timely and accurate registration of client questionnaires, ensuring precision in every task. Our primary goal is to conduct consultations for the Department for Communities (DFC). The insights from these consultations, combined with other data, play a crucial role in processing Employee Support Allowance (ESA), Universal Credit (UC), and various other special benefit claims. Job title: Back Office Administrator Job Description: What you'll be doing: Recording of client information which can beprovided from multiple sources. Securely tracking client data across multiple sites. Handling queries via email and telephone from internal and external stake holders. General administrative duties to include but not limited to receiving external post. Filling of client information Updating internal file work trackers.
