Here at Russell Taylor Group, we are currently looking to expand our offices with great talent to strengthen our market share during 2024 and beyond. We are looking for recruitment consultants and senior experienced consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs.
o Collaborate with clients to define job requirements, specifications, and key competencies for various roles.
o Attend client meetings with decision makers and have direct access to invaluable information that can only be obtained onsite.
2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
o Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract top-tier professionals.
o Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and skills evaluations, to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
3. Recruitment Process Management:
o Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement to candidate onboarding.
o Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and provide guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
4. Market Research:
o Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks.
o Provide insights to clients and candidates regarding the competitive landscape and talent market.
5. Business Development:
o Actively seek opportunities for business development and expansion within the sector.
o Identify and pursue new client partnerships to increase market share.
Key Requirements:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and candidates.
2. Experience within a sales environment (retail, telesales, or fast-paced working environment) coupled with a confident and professional telephone manner.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
4. Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
5. Familiarity with relevant recruitment tools and technologies.
6. Experience as a Recruitment Consultant would be ideal, with a focus on Commercial, Driving & Logistics or Industrial sectors.
7. Due to the requirement to attend meetings with clients, a driving licence and a car is essential for this role.
