Advise the Care Group on the possible effects of financial strategy and policy. Advise on all business and financial management issues within the context of delivering financial goals. Lead on the annual financial planning process for the Care Group within the Trust financial framework. Provision of comprehensive financial support to develop, implement and monitor Care Group business plans. Monthly reporting of Care Group financial position and production of forecast year end performance. Advise Care Group management team of necessary actions to achieve the financial plan. Lead on all financial aspects in the development of business cases with service managers, applying appropriate financial appraisal techniques to both capital and revenue projects. Engage with Care Group management team to identify efficiency/productivity opportunities and to develop plans to achieve the target set.
