RM Recruit is proud to be partnering with a reputable third-sector organisation to recruit an experienced and proactive HR Manager on a full-time, 2-3 month fixed-term contract. This role is based on-site in Handsworth, Monday to Friday, and offers the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. This role is ideal for a dynamic HR professional who can provide leadership and guidance on all aspects of human resources, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with employment regulations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, providing expert advice and support to managers and employees. Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinaries, and conflict resolution. Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with employment law. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management in collaboration with relevant departments. Provide guidance on performance management, training, and development initiatives. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality. Assist with any HR-related projects and change management initiatives. Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is desirable but not essential.
