5. Arrange job interviews for learners and assist with interview preparation
6. Organize job fairs and other career-related events for learners
7. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads
9. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer data
10. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in business development or a sales role
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
