This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. The role’s responsibilities include (but not limited to): Administrative Tasks: Manage all HR systems and ensure data is accurate and up to date. Maintain and organise employee files and records. Handle incoming and outgoing post, as well as order and maintain office supplies Process and issue security passes and liaise with Imperial Place Manage the HR inbox and respond to queries promptly. HR Support: Assist in carrying out low-level investigations. Respond to low-level colleague inquiries, providing guidance or escalating as necessary. Manage exit surveys and provide feedback to HR leadership. Cover Talent Acquisition duties during holidays Handle HR-related administration tasks such as DSE assessments, risk assessments, and Medicash processes. Responsible for keeping the Employee Accommodation database up to date Document Management: Draft and issue standard HR letters, including probation confirmations, salary adjustments, and other employment-related documents. Prepare leavers’ and maternity letters and ensure compliance with procedures. Coordinate onboarding paperwork Employee Benefits and Engagement: Process cycle-to-work voucher requests. Assist with HR calendar activities, including organising events and tracking key HR dates. Respond to reference requests and ensure timely completion. Office Duties: Collaborate with Imperial Place for office maintenance issues. Support the coordination of office duties, ensuring the environment is welcoming and efficient and escalating maintenance issues. Ensure photocopiers are properly maintained and that office supplies are consistently stocked and readily available. Additional Information: The role requires compulsory office attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to operational requirements. There may be occasional travel to the Country Houses with short notice. Flexibility may occasionally be required to meet deadlines or attend HR events. What are we looking for?
