This role sits within an exciting new self-storage business within the Draper group at our premises in Chandlers Ford.
It is a full-time position, shifts allocated between 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday and weekend working will be required on a rota basis covering 09:00am -4:00pm on Saturdays.

Working as a Storage Sales Assistant your role will require you to:
* Carry out, sign and complete opening routine for the day ahead.
* Complete the tasks on the CRM for the day and week ahead.
* Service all email, telephone and walk-in enquiries to date, especially those arriving overnight.
* Ensure all marketing/sales stock items are refreshed.
* Follow up previous unconverted enquiries in accordance with the sales procedure.
* Sell space, actively upsell packaging materials and insurance cover.
* Service all walk-in storage enquiries from the front desk.
* Control delinquencies by telephone and in writing on a scheduled basis including sending out monthly invoices.
* Process customer payments from Direct Debits and card payments.
* Maintain a neat, clean, safe and secure facility including minor maintenance and daily lock checks.
* Ensure that the business is conducted in a safe manner at all times.
* Attend Business development networking events as requested.
* Secure new prospects on a business-to-business level.
* Carry out, sign and complete closing routine for the Store.
* Print out relevant reports for next day of business.
* Work to branch targets (conversion rates, revenue targets and pride in performance).
