Description and Requirements
The Consumer Visual Sales Specialist is responsible for the further development and managing of Consumer retail partner’s and Distributors across UK&I.
They are proficient at planning and executing an effective relationship strategy and develop effective long-term business relationships at the level with key decision makers and influencers both internally and externally.
Identifies and prioritises Lenovo opportunities and develops lasting agreements and commitments.
Lenovo seeks a Consumer Visual Sales Specialist who will continue to drive growth and acquire new business across current and new retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Lenovo goals across key metrics (Revenue / Margin / Market Share growth)
* Execute Inhouse and customer “Joint Business Plans” supporting key metric
* Responsible for training staff and key customers, providing them with sales tools, unique messaging, sales guidance and market insights.
* RTM analyses, review Lenovo in house shares within all retailers, create action plans and execution to drive opportunity and growth.
* Manage sell out activities in conjunction with product management
* Take the lead to execute on product line up and content set up in the online channel
* Cooperation with marketing on brand development Online and instore visibility/POS improvement & promotion.
* Work with UKI product management to determine appropriate product line-up, price propositions by customer.
* Support Sales for accounts or be the sales lead where a breakthrough is needed.
* Manage Lenovo product portfolio and conduct competitive analysis
* Establish the brand name as well recognized and esteemed on the UKI market.
Position Requirements:
* 3-5 years’ experience in IT Industry and Sales.
* Self-motivated and pro-active mentality
* Energetic, sales driven attitude and a “must win” attitude
* Willingness to learn and grow in fast paced Consumer environment.
* Commercial Understanding of National retailers/e-tailers
