Our client, a global engineering company, would like to hire a solid HR/Payroll Advisor to work with a variety of queries. You will have experience handling a high volume of queries from internal stakeholders, which may include:
1. New starters
2. General pay shift queries
3. Timesheet queries
4. Attachment of earnings
Experience with volume queries and customer service is essential.
This is a hybrid role with training for four weeks onsite, followed by the option for hybrid working (2 days a week WFH and 3 days onsite).
