We are seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Admin to manage overseas warehouse operations, coordinate with third-party partnerships, and handle data and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Order& Invoice Processing: Collaborate with the retail team in real-time, confirm daily order info promptly, issue VAT-inclusive invoices accurately, and send back invoices to ensure smooth sales flow.
* Payment Check & Cash Recording: Assist the finance team in checking bank receipt records, recording cash receipts per company financial procedures, ensuring clear capital flow.
* Warehouse Order Management: Oversee warehouse orders comprehensively, connect the domestic ordering system with local inventory data efficiently, monitor inventory in real-time, optimize inventory management, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
* Financial Communication & Data Verification: Keep in close touch with the domestic finance team, regularly check invoice info and payment records to ensure financial data consistency and accuracy, providing reliable data support for financial decisions.
* Other ad-hoc tasks are assigned by the management.
Requirements
* Experiences in warehouse operations and sales operations, preferably in an e-commerce or international trade environment.
* Basic finance knowledge will be preferred.
* Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in ERP, WMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with international partners.
