An established and rapidly expanding projects company based on the outskirts of Dartford are looking to recruit an experienced Project Administrator to work alongside their bid team.
Responsibilities
* Coordinating works in progress ensuring all information is tracked
* Invoicing for works
* Bid writing
* Liaising with Project Managers in regards to WIP
* Attending weekly meetings with the department
* Provide reports to management
* Assisting the estimating team with submission of tenders
Essential Skills
* Experience of working within a Projects Department
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Bid writing experience would be an advantage
* Advanced MS skills
