I am seeking a dedicated Administrator/Data entry candidate to join my existing clients team. This role requires proficiency in Business Central software. The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, and capable of handling various administrative tasks effectively using business central. Day-to-day of the role: Manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth running of the office activities. Utilise Business Central software to maintain accurate records and data. Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person. Prepare and organise documents, including reports, presentations, and other correspondence. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other events. Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role. Strong working knowledge of Business Central software is a MUST Excellent organisational and time management skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of £13.50. Structured working hours for work-life balance.
