They are now looking for a Project Coordinator to support the project management team on CPA compliance.
Job Role
1. Take responsibility for the client brief / sales brief - validating information provided by the sales team before submission to the project management team.
2. Placing orders with suppliers and managing suppliers to ensure all parts are delivered on time.
3. Use Monday.com to follow up each stage of the process.
4. Relationship building with internal key clients and stakeholders.
5. Raise Purchase Orders using the ERP system and communicate internally.
6. Championing change in the department to ensure we continuously improve the way we operate.
7. Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while following established processes.
