Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
2. Assist in meal preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served promptly
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
4. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
5. Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
6. Help with inventory management and stock rotation
7. Support the Head Chef in creating innovative dishes
Experience:
1. Prior experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment
2. Knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation
3. Familiarity with food safety practices
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
