This role is available for an immediate start and is full time. About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students in the classroom, providing both one-to-one and small group assistance. You will play a key role in creating a positive learning environment, helping students build confidence and achieve their potential. This role is ideal for someone with a caring nature and a commitment to supporting children's development. Responsibilities Supporting Learning: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities. One-to-One Support: Work with individual students who require extra help. Classroom Management: Help maintain a focused and positive classroom environment. SEN Support: Assist students with special educational needs, adapting support as needed. Encouraging Progress: Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and well-being. Requirements ✅ Experience working with children in an educational or support setting. A patient, empathetic, and positive approach. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A willingness to support students with different learning needs, including SEN.
