Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Housing Compliance and Maintenance Expert to join our client, a Housing Association in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring statutory, contractual and regulatory compliance including Health and Safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance Management: Ensure the provision of a highly performing, housing repairs service to tenants, residents and customers, while maintaining records and providing performance information on all aspects of property compliance, repairs and maintenance.
* Contractor Performance Monitoring: Monitor contractor performance to ensure the organisation is getting value for money and that work is carried out to a high standard.
* Health and Safety Management: Ensure the Health and Safety of residents through effective management of gas servicing, electric safety tests, housing fire risk assessments, lift servicing, legionella and other relevant repairs, maintenance and inspections.
The role requires strong experience managing compliance, repairs & maintenance through third-party contractors.

What We Offer:
