Reporting to the practice manager, you will have the opportunity to get involved within administration within a busy financial service practice. This could involve new client liaison in order to confirm identity, validity, and general onboarding support, drafting content for social media and website, and assisting with general administration. Key Responsibilities: Handling, distributing, and scanning incoming post Managing and distributing outgoing post Overseeing office supplies, including stationery management Organising storage and archiving records efficiently Coordinating the team diary, meetings, and social events Booking meeting rooms and ensuring smooth scheduling Occasionally contributing to blogs and social media content to support brand engagement This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to be part of a supportive, close-knit team. You will be an experienced administrator with some relevant corporate experience looking to join a professional services environment where you can settle and stay long term.
