Job Summary Managing a busy takeaway/ off licence in central Consett. Y ou will very much be part of the team. Your role will be overseeing the running of the front of house and kitchen. Overseeing the staff and running of the shop. Managing and leading staff. Covering all areas including kitchen and front of house. Cash handling. Meeting and dealing with suppliers. Skills 18 2 years experience in kitchen/off licence-essential Good communication skills, management experience and excellent IT skills essential Level 2 in food hygiene, age verification CPD- this can be arranged if you don't already have it Qualifications in business management or desirable but if not held must have experience of management Flexibility as weekends and late nights will be required. If not local you may need to be able to drive or comfortably commute.
