MCS Group are delighted to be working with a Large Public Sector Organisation in their search for an HR Administrator.
The primary responsibility of the role will be undertaking a range of HR Admin tasks and requirements.
The Role:
1. Health Surveillance & Records Management: Coordinate health surveillance routines, manage records, and ensure legal compliance and confidentiality.
2. Uniform & PPE Coordination: Liaise with managers and suppliers to manage uniform and PPE provision and maintain distribution records.
3. Leave & Flexible Working Requests: Process and manage requests for maternity, paternity, parental leave, and flexible working arrangements, ensuring proper documentation.
4. Service Awards & Staff Changes: Administer service awards and assist with new starter and leaver processes, including data accuracy and database monitoring.
5. General Administrative Support: Provide support for various admin functions, handle internal and external queries, and cover other team duties as needed.
The Person:
1. Experience within an Administrative role.
2. Proficient in MS Office Package.
