Website Content Specialist Working Model: (CRM Students) Hybrid - Oxford 2 days per week Salary : £25,000 - £30,000 Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm Key Responsibilities Content Development & Support: Assist in creating and managing website content across global sites, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and engaging the target audience. Support ongoing website development efforts, including testing and contributing to conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives. Content Review & Enhancement: Participate in regular content audits to assess accuracy, SEO impact, and user engagement. Collaborate with the team to recommend and implement updates to improve the user experience. Prepare content audit summaries and report insights to internal stakeholders. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Website Content Lead to coordinate content updates with product and platform changes. Assist in aligning content with marketing campaigns, partnering with central and regional marketing teams to help drive audience engagement and growth. Content Workflow Support: Contribute to maintaining efficient content workflows, helping to ensure timely updates and the smooth execution of new projects. User Experience Focus: Support the team in crafting content that meets global audience needs, aiming to deliver a seamless and customer-focused experience across websites. System & Process Management: Use the content management system (CMS) to implement content changes, monitor performance, and ensure smooth integration with other digital tools. Coordinate with the Website Content Lead on CMS updates and enhancements to support content initiatives. Experience and Knowledge Essential: 2-3 years of experience in content development or website management. Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing tools. U nderstanding of SEO principles, UX/UI, and web analytics. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Desirable: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly CoreMedia or Yardi, is a plus. Experience with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira. Exposure to working within global or cross-regional teams. Experience in B2B or B2C environments is beneficial.
