Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to support daily tasks, including generating reports and maintaining records. Work independently and as part of a small team to meet deadlines and prioritize workload effectively. Demonstrate excellent collaboration and communication skills with internal and external teams. Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring processes are followed accurately. Maintain a strong sense of personal presentation and professionalism. Attend and take part in Project Kick-Off Meetings and Progress Meetings. Take minutes at Departmental Meetings. Contribute to the development of systems and improvement in working practices and processes. Understand the set-up and operate the Company ERP System (on the job training will be given). Carry out data entry tasks to ensure parts/material is ordered and delivered in time to meet the project schedule. Qualifications: Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally. Previous experience supporting offshore equipment operations (desirable). Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment. Logical and structured approach to problem-solving. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines. Committed to self-improvement and development through the role to achieve career goals. Desirable Skills: Experience with ERP systems, such as Microsoft Projects (GANTT Charts). Previous experience working in an administrative or operations support role.
