Job Description
* Manage annual audits and year-end processes.
* Compile and analyse commercial packing rates.
* Maintain and publish rate cards.
* Ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
* Continuously improve and automate financial processes.
* Act as the Finance "Super User" for the ERP system.
* Oversee monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
* Develop long-term business plans, annual budgets, and forecasts.
* Prepare and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Monitor and reconcile monthly salaries.
* Manage and develop the Finance team.
* Assist senior management with financial tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Finance Manager should be:
* Formally qualified - ACA, CIMA, or ACCA
* Experienced in financial accounting, preferably in Production or Manufacturing / FMCG.
* Experienced with profit and loss accounts, cashflow, balance sheet reconciliations, and management accounts.
* A strong data analyst with excellent reporting skills
* Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
* Able to meet challenging deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
* An Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
What's on Offer
* Base salary of up to £70,000 + benefits
* Bonus scheme of approx 10%
