Hours consist of earlies, lates, double and some weekends as part of a rotating staff team. Part-Time hours available While no two days are the same, consistency in approach is key. Enable our children and adults to express their wishes, views and feelings Apply creative and innovative ideas to support education Support with all aspects of health and wellbeing. Attend appointment and arranging social activities. Support opportunities in the community and actively encouraging independence. Be a positive and nurturing role model · Be compassionate and understanding. Dynamic problem solver who can work well under pressure. Effective verbal and listening skills.
