Job Title: Teacher of Spanish / Spanish Cover Supervisor Location: North East England, County Durham, Hartlepool Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £160 - £250 Per day Job Duties: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Spanish lessons to students Provide cover supervision for Spanish classes in the absence of the regular teacher Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) desirable but not mandatory Degree in Spanish or related field Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Spanish or related field Experience: Previous experience teaching Spanish to secondary school students Experience in providing cover supervision in an educational setting Knowledge and Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and motivate students Good classroom management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience using technology in the classroom Working Conditions: The role involves working in a school environment, following the school calendar and timetable.
