As an RLS Site Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a building maintenance and general handyperson service, carrying out basic repairs and maintenance as well as health and safety inspections, waste management, maintenance of the fire alarm, CCTV and door entry system and escalating fault reports to contractors., We are looking for: - It's a given you will have previous experience of delivering a building maintenance and general handyperson activity and as the RLS Site Officer, you will be passionate about supporting the elderly and use your excellent communication skills when liaising with colleagues, customers, and contractors., You will be based at Brookside Retirement Living Scheme, working 25 hours per week on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm, open for discussion at interview.
