Warehouse Coordinator PM Shift (14:00 – 22:00)
40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, to include weekends
£13.48 per hour
We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator in Bedford (MK41 7BJ), in which you will play a crucial role in accurately and efficiently processing customer orders and warehouse operations.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and releasing of customer orders to planned routes
* Administration of customer orders, replenishment and despatch operations
* Liaison with operations management and other departments regarding general queries and provision of information
* Administration, collation and distribution of driver information
* Running and distribution of general reports
* Allocation of work areas to warehouse staff
* Replenishment of warehouse stationary consumables
Some Key Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills
* Competent with Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel
* 5 x GCSE (A-C)
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Experience in using PUTTY (but training will be given)
Ability to produce accurate work within agreed timescales.
