Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Commis Chef to join the fantastic team at Royal Hospital for Neuro-Disability, West Hill Road, Putney, London, SW15 3SW.
This is an exciting, permanent, and full-time opportunity reporting to the Catering Manager on site. The role will assume responsibility for all food production across breakfast and lunch service from one main kitchen and support with planned ad hoc hospitality throughout the year.

You must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided in-country for more than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role.

A day in the life of a Commis Chef:
* Be able to work in a fast-paced Hospital kitchen environment.
* Working as commis chef for patient dining- preparing regular and texture modified diets.
* Maintain the highest standards in food hygiene, service & presentation (HACCP & Health & Safety Legislation)
* To ensure that any Food Safety/Quality records assigned to you are being carried out daily within the kitchen and related areas, without exception.
* To maintain good communications and working relationships with your client, customers, and all staff.
* Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations at all times.
* To present an image at all times conducive to good customer relations.
You will be set up for success if you have:
* Experience operating as a Commis Chef or above
* Organised with a hands-on ability and strong work ethic
* Passion for people and food
