A welcoming and vibrant primary school in Crosby, is looking for a dedicated Playground Assistant to join our team ASAP About the Role: As a Playground Assistant, you will: Supervise and support children during break and lunchtime play. Encourage positive play, teamwork, and inclusivity. Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils in the playground. Help resolve minor disputes and promote good behavior. Work closely with staff to foster a supportive school community. What We’re Looking For: A caring and approachable individual who loves working with children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. ⏰ Hours & Pay: Part-time hours during school days (details to be discussed). Competitive pay, commensurate with experience.
