RPO/Embedded, Freelance & Contract Desk
Location: London/Hybrid (minimum 1 day in office)
Salary: To £50k (DOE) + 15% OTE
This rapidly growing London-based tech scale-up is transforming the freelance industry by seamlessly connecting top creative, tech, and marketing talent with leading global clients. They are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Manager to take on an RPO/Embedded-style role, managing a client’s hiring needs across the creative sector (think creative agencies, media brands, and media agencies). The role requires a focus on meeting tight SLAs, delivering on quick turnaround demands, and ensuring exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has a solid recruitment background but is now looking to focus on a 180 degree role, building deep rooted relationships with a small number of clients, delivering exceptional freelance talent, at pace!
Key Responsibilities
* Freelance Recruitment: You must have a solid background of sourcing and securing freelancers/contractors, at pace, into appropriate vacancies, globally
* Sector Experience: Experience filling roles across Creative disciplines, including Design, Film & Motion, UX/UI as well as Developers, Product Management and Data
* Results Focused: Familiar delivering CVs in hours and contractors in days, working to toght KPIs and SLAs
* Freelancer Retention: Foster lasting relationships with freelancers, driving high satisfaction and ongoing engagement with the platform.
* Client Facing: Ability to build a trusted, credible relationship with clients is critical
* Tech Savvy: You are highly capable of navigating complex Software solutions and are able to support clients with their usage too
What We’re Looking For
* Recruitment Experience: A solid tenure of recruitment experience, either in-house or agency side, focused on sourcing and securing freelance talent into a variety of roles (this is a 180 degree recruitment role, no business development!!)
* Creative Industry Knowledge: Experience recruiting for creative agencies or understanding how creative agencies/media agencies operate is an advantage
* Freelancer Network: Ideally, you will have an existing network of freelancers to leverage, across EUROPE and further afield
* Start-Up Experience: Experience working in a dynamic, fast-evolving start-up environment is highly desirable. This company is agile and fast-paced!
* Tech Savvy: Must have worked for a Software/SaaS or tech platform previously or very competent at navigating such systems
* Disciplined/Resilient: Working in a hybrid capacity, you must be self-motivated and naturally driven
